REMAINING FIT AND HEALTHY PHYSICALLY.
Exercising on a daily basis has many health benefits for both your body and mind. It is important for maintaining a healthy metabolism and burning more calories throughout the day.
We conducted our fist physical exercise day with the kids on Saturday, February 26,2022. The goal of the physical day was to lift their spirits and reduce sadness, anxiety, and tension. Exercise can help protect memory and thinking skills while also improving brain function. We believe this is important because it can lead to improved academic achievement. This can also benefit the children, as some of them have issues with their bodies, such as body shaming and long-term health issues.
Twenty children took part in our activities, which included jogging, soccer and dancing. During the physical activities, the children were happy and had a great time. We saw so much potential and talent in these youngsters that we felt the need to continue having days like this.
Our organization will continue to engage the children in additional physical activities as a means of disciplining them and safeguarding them from bad conduct on the streets. In the approaching weeks, we expect to have more children.
